Our shipping policy is designed to provide convenience and options for our customers. We ship from our two warehouses in the USA, located in Nevada and Utah, using both ground and air shipping methods. Here are the details of our shipping offerings:

Domestic Shipping (USA):
FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United States.
Flat rate of $11.95 for express ground shipping within the USA (2 business days).

International Shipping:
Canada
FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER $150 CAD
Standard Shipping: $9.95 (4-10 business days)
Express Shipping: $13.00 (3-7 business days)
Europe
FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER $130 USD
Standard International: $14.95 (4-10 business days)
Express Shipping: $19.95 (3-7 business days)
Mexico
Standard International: $9.95 (4-10 business days)
Express International: $19.95 (3-7 business days)

All deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Orders placed between Monday - Thursday are shipped within 24 hours.

International customers please note: Tucann is not responsible for any specific import tax on goods. It is your responsibility to understand any potential costs associated with bringing items into your country.

What is your shipping policy?

We typically restock our products every month to ensure a regular supply for our customers. Additionally, we also restock on an on-demand basis to accommodate specific requests and demands. 

However, it's important to note that many of our designs are limited edition, and these items may not be restocked regularly. 
 ~Limited edition items are produced in limited quantities, and once they are sold out, they may not be restocked to maintain their exclusivity.

When are you expecting a restock?

All orders undergo processing within 24 hours and generally ship the day following your order placement. Express Order shipments placed before 2 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) will be dispatched on the same day as the order.
