All orders are processed immediately upon purchase. If your order status does not have a tracking number yet, we may still be able to cancel this. However, in an instance your order can not be cancelled, then we will have to wait for your package to arrive at which point we may process a return.

You may also use our Self Service portal to cancel your order if it is still able to be cancelled. Please go here: https://tucann.loopreturns.com and select the "CANCEL ORDER" option.
